"I became aware of DNA Electrical through their involvement in the Milford Village Square Upgrade Project in 2011. Damien, the owner, is excellent to deal with and has a real sense of community spirit – which was reflected in his ‘community discount’ for the project. My dealings with him and his staff have been exemplary – all have good communication skills and make you feel ‘special’ as a customer. The project involved working with other contractors and the council, which provided some challenges but all were dealt with effectively by Damien and never became problems. "In 2012 we rebuilt a leaky home from the foundations up and our building company engaged DNA Electrical so I had no previous experience of their company at all. We first met Damien Hoareau when we sat down to discuss the electrical requirements and the look & feel of the finish we wanted for our house. My first thought was that Damien was incredibly thorough and full of really great ideas which suited our visions, and I had a good feeling about how we would work together. My gut instincts were not wrong! The DNA team under the guidance of Damien were fantastic. I cannot fault their work or their attitude to getting it right. When I had late changes, it was never a problem and Christian (my main onsite contractor) was amazing to work with. All the DNA electrical contractors I met had the same competent, friendly and responsive abilities so I think they are a great team!
