"I have just had the pleasure of having two of your guys in my office to repair a faulty fluro fitting.  They were here on behalf of my landlord downstairs. These two guys were very efficient, very pleasant young men who did a wonderful job AND tidied up after themselves.  That doesn’t happen very often these days!!  Please pass on my thanks and respect for the job they did.  You can be proud to have them working for you."
